Conference fees*

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK). Accommodation is not included in the fees – please scroll down to see the accommodation options.

Early Bird (Until 1 July 2020)

1. Conference fee (including PhD students):	DKK 3,000 (approx. EUR 403)
2. Optional conference dinner:	DKK 575 (approx. EUR 77)

Regular (After 1 July 2020)

1. Conference fee (including PhD students):	DKK 3,500 (approx. EUR 470)
2. Optional conference dinner:	DKK 575 (approx. EUR 77)
3. Virtual conference attendance	DKK 940 (approx. EUR 125)

* All fees are including 25% Danish VAT.

VAT

Non-Danish participants will – if certain requirements are fulfilled – be able to claim back the VAT paid:

• Participants from non-EU countries: an application can be submitted (using the form “31.004 en - refund of VAT to businesses outside the EU”) to the Danish tax authorities.
• Participants from the EU: vat may be claimed back via your own country’s tax authorities. If you need to include your institution’s VAT no. on the receipt please contact the conference secretary. 

The conference fee includes:

• Participation in the conference (The virtual conference attendance fee includes livestreaming of keynote talks and the paper presentations in the parallel panel sessions).
• Food and beverages during the conference (breaks & lunches both days).
• Conference materials.

Conference dinner 28 September 2020

Three-course conference dinner including 3 glasses of wine (or other beverages) and coffee/tea at the excellent Restaurant Fusion (special dietary options will be available upon request).  

Payment

The conference fee can be paid via credit cards only. The fee includes 25% Danish VAT.

Cancellation policy

• Notification of cancellation must be in writing (email) and received by the conference secretary before 14 August 2020.
• Cancellations received on or before 14 August 2020 will be refunded 50% of the fees paid but deducted an administration fee of DKK 250.
• Cancellations received after 14 August 2020 will be non-refundable.
• Non-arrivals will be non-refundable for any reason.
• Substitute participants will be accepted at any time – a name will be required.
